Before placing your first order, please review this FAQ section to learn more about our operation. When you’re ready to order, navigate to the menu page to access our next available menu and to make your selections. You can reach this page by clicking the “Menu” tab along the top of our website. From here you can make your selections, view your cart, and create an account to checkout and place your order.
You’ll notice our menu is split in half: half is available for delivery/pick up on Sunday only, and the other half is available for delivery/pick up on Wednesday only. You are welcome to order off of either or both menus as you’d like. All meals are available for purchase a la carte, and individual pricing is included with each menu item.
A new menu is released each Thursday morning at 9AM, and is open for 7 full days until the immediately following Thursday morning at 9AM, to order for the following week. Please pay close attention to the dates listed in the countdown banner, on the menu page and in your cart to know when you are placing an order for.
Delivery is available for a flat rate of $9.40-$15.40 per week (Sunday-Wednesday, price dependent on your zip code) with a minimum purchase of 5 meals over the course of that week. This means that the delivery rate is the same whether you choose to have meals delivered once or twice per week. Our delivery window is 11:30AM-4PM on both Sunday and Wednesday for all locations. Please note that we are currently not able to accept specific timing requests within this window.

You do not have to be home during delivery-we will leave your order at your door. You are welcome to leave a cooler out for us to store your order in if you will not be home for an extended period of time.
NOTE: All delivery requests (leaving your order in a cooler, leaving it in a specific location in your home, etc) must be submitted to us with your order or via email no later than 11AM day of delivery. Requests submitted after that time may not be accepted. As we are a very small team, we cannot accept requests for specific drop off times within our delivery window. Please review our Terms of Service for more information.
Available for purchase for home delivery, we offer cooling bags packed with an ice pack which will keep food cool for up to 2 hours after delivery*. Customers pay to add two cooling bags to their order at checkout when selecting a delivery method. We cover the cost of the ice packs. Both the cooling bags and the ice packs need to be returned to us every single week.
Here is how it works: we deliver your first order in one of these two pre-purchased cooling bags with an ice pack. Upon delivery of your second order, which will be packaged in the remaining of the two bags you purchased with an ice pack, we will pick up the original bag/ice pack from you. Therefore, every time you expect a delivery from us, you are responsible for leaving the cooling bag AND ice pack that you received from your previous delivery out on your front step for our drivers to take back to our kitchen. Pick up is also available for website pre-orders in lieu of home delivery. There is no minimum meal requirement for pick up orders. Pick up is available on Sundays and Wednesdays at the following locations:
Ab Whisperer Kitchen in Fairfield: pre-order pick up is available on Sundays between 11AM-12PM and on Wednesdays between 12PM-1PM or 5:30PM-6:30PM. We are located at 376 Hollywood Ave, Fairfield NJ 07004. We do not carry grab and go meals at the kitchen at this time.

We currently offer two portion sizes: Standard and Grande. Our Standard size provides you with meals that typically hit a goal of 35g-40g of protein, and range between 300 500 calories. Our Grande size meals offer 1.5x the portion of a Standard meal, giving you meals that typically range between 55g-60g of protein and range between 500-750 calories. Ingredients, nutrition facts and all major allergens are provided within each item description for your reference, and again on the label for each meal.
NOTE: Please reach out to us directly for the nutrition information for any meals ordered with the “vegetable of the day” substitution, as the vegetable of the day varies from week to week dependent on what is fresh and available to us.
Our “Basic Staple” meals are a selection of meals that are offered on the same delivery/pick up days every week. These meals are comprised of a simply seasoned protein paired with roasted broccoli and your choice of starch/vegetable of the day. These meals are designed to be adjusted as you see fit at home-pair them with your favorite sauces/condiments, or eat them as is for a simple and clean meal option.
Our “Weekly Specials” are a selection of meals that change from week to week. These are the meals that we are known for: healthy spins on your go-to take out meals, guilty pleasures, and childhood home cooked favorites. Our weekly specials rotate through a list of 270+ items so you never get bored!

We provide all calorie/macronutrient information with each meal so that customers may choose how to fit our meals into their personal nutrition goals. If you are interested in working with a coach, nutritionist, or registered dietitian, please reach out to us and we will direct you to local professionals that we know and love!
With many of our meals, we are able to offer a carb substitution of “Vegetable of the Day” to accommodate lower carb diets. Please contact us directly for nutrition information reflecting this substitution, as it will vary week to week based on the vegetables that are available to us.

So, the answer to this one is yes and no. Let us start by saying that all major allergens are listed within the item description for each meal on our menu, as are individual ingredients used. Many of our meals are made without dairy or gluten containing products. That said, our menu encompasses a wide array of ingredients, including gluten, dairy, soy, shellfish, eggs, and nuts/peanuts, so trace amounts of allergens may be found within our meals as cross contamination is possible. Therefore, our kitchen is not allergen free nor do we advertise ourselves as such. Customers with allergies are responsible for managing their own health. We currently accept all major credit/debit cards. Cash payments are accepted for Kitchen Pick Up orders only, and these payments must be exact to the total reflected on your receipt as we do not keep change on hand at our kitchen. As we finalize additional payment methods, this FAQ will be updated.
