    AB Whisperer Inc. (“ABW”) respects, and is committed to protecting, your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) has been adopted in an effort to establish and maintain reasonable protections for personal data you may provide to us.

    The Website is owned and/or operated by ABW.  It is serviced by a third party.

    ABW does not give out your Personal Information to any third party for use not within the scope of normal business operations (such as, for example, to secure payment).

    We are not responsible for the information collection, usage, disclosure, or security policies and practices of other organizations, such as META (by or through Facebook), Apple, Google, Microsoft, X, Pinterest, or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operation system providers, wireless service provider, or device manufacturer.

    1. THIRD PARTY INVOLVEMENT

    In addition to the use of a third party to service our Website, we use third parties, such as for example PayPal, to process transactions. Those third parties have privacy practices we do not control. Please note that information you may provide on another website to process a transaction is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of that site. Those websites may have privacy policies and practices that differ from ours.

    We may use third-party advertisers on the Website. Our advertisers may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to, among other things, enable our advertisers to monitor ads you have viewed on the Website. A link to a third-party advertiser does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us.

In your request, please make clear what Personal Information you would like to have changed or updated. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identify before implementing your request.

    Retained Information. We may need to retain certain information you provide to us for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transaction that you began prior to requesting a change to your Personal information (including deleting your account). There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which cannot be readily removed.  It is our policy to remove your information from our system within one year after a) the date on which you notify us of your intent to discontinue use of our Services or b) the date which is one year after the date you last placed an order with us for Products, whichever date first occurs.
