Two (2) reusable cooling bags included per order. These bags are available for use for home delivery ONLY, will keep food cool for up to 2 hours after delivery* and must be returned to us every week.
Here is how it works: We will deliver your first order in one of these two pre-purchased cooling bags with an ice pack (ice packs are on us). Upon delivery of your second order, which will be packaged in the remaining of the two bags you purchased with another ice pack (on us), we will pick up the first bag and ice pack from you. Therefore, every time you expect a delivery from us, you are responsible for leaving the cooling bag AND ice pack that you received from your previous delivery out on your front step for our drivers to take back to our kitchen.
